07 Oct ONE-DAY WORKSHOP IN HATAY

The meeting was held in Hatay UNESCO Gastronomy House on October 7^th, 2019 with the participation of 42 people. Among the participants were representatives from Hatay Metropolitan Municipality, Hatay Provincial Directorate for Culture and Tourism, Hatay Journalists Association, Hatay Mustafa Kemal University, members of the press and traditional artists.

The meeting started with the opening speech of Hatay Metropolitan Municipality Executive Board Member Hasan Maden. Afterwards Ayşegül Kurtel, President of K2 Contemporary Art Association, gave information about the project and expressed her gratitude by stating that the support of the Hatay Metropolitan Municipality was extremely suitable for the purpose of the project. Then, the Communication Advisor of the project, Begüm Tatari, made a presentation about Daire Artist-in-Residence Program.

The participants asked many questions about the project and showed their interest. Especially the representatives of Municipality, Directorate for Culture and Tourism, academics and students from the University expressed their desire to be involved in the project and contribute to it.
